Seadrill Limited ("Seadrill" or the "Company") announces the completion of the mandatory offer to purchase approximately US$56 million (the "Asset Sale Offer") of its 12.0% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 (the "Notes") announced on October 10, 2018 related to the proceeds of a deferred consideration agreement with Sapura Energy. As of the Expiration Time, $148,243 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes were validly tendered. The Company accepted and made payment for the tendered Notes on November 14, 2018. Such statements are generally not historical in nature, and specifically include statements about the Company`s plans, strategies, business prospects, changes and trends in its business, the markets in which it operates and its restructuring efforts.

|Sanchez Energy Announces Management Changes and Board Additions
Sanchez Energy Corporation (SN) today announced the appointment of an Interim Chief Financial Officer and two new independent members to its Board of Directors. The Board also appointed Tony Sanchez, III, President of Sanchez Energy in addition to his current position of Chief Executive Officer. Cameron W. Seadrill Limited ("Seadrill" or the "Company") announces that it has made a mandatory offer to purchase approximately US$56 million of its 12.0% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 (the "Notes"). Under the terms of the Indenture for the Notes issued on July 2, 2018 (the "Issue Date"), the Company is required to make an offer to purchase the Notes, using certain proceeds from a deferred consideration agreement relating to the sale of its tender rig business to Sapura Energy in 2013. The deferred consideration agreement with Sapura Energy was amended in August 2017 and converted into a loan that matured in August 2018.

|SDRL - Mandatory par redemption of 12.0% Senior Secured Notes due 2025
Seadrill Limited ("Seadrill" or the "Company") announces a mandatory par redemption of approximately $126 million principal amount and accrued interest of its 12.0% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 (the "Notes"). As per the terms of the Indenture for the Notes issued on July 2, 2018 (the "Issue Date"), the Company will use its share of the West Rigel sale proceeds to redeem the Notes, on a pro rata basis from holders of record on October 2, 2018 (the "Record Date"), on November 1, 2018 (the "Redemption Date"). The redemption price of the Notes, as set forth in the Indenture, is par plus accrued and unpaid interest, from the Issue Date to, but not including, the Redemption Date.

Tor Olav Troim, who took advantage of a brutal downturn to build Borr Drilling Ltd. from scratch into a $2.3 billion company, warned investors not to grow too enamored with the offshore drilling industry. Investors should keep in mind that offshore drilling is a cyclical industry and get out when the time is right, Borr’s chairman said. “Don’t ever fall in love with this industry, it’s a horrible industry,” Troim told Pareto Securities AS’s Oil and Offshore Conference in Oslo on Wednesday, where oil and oil-service companies meet investors.

Drilling rig contractor Borr Drilling aims to start paying dividends by 2020, the company's founder and chairman, Tor Olav Troeim, said on Wednesday. Troeim, a former business partner of Norwegian billionaire John Fredriksen, founded Borr Drilling at the end of 2016 and the company has quickly grown into one of the largest owners of jack-up rigs which drill in the shallow waters. Schlumberger, the world's top oil service firm, is Borr Drilling's largest shareholder with a stake of 14.2 percent.
