An informational portfolio in the Shared Portfolios area, listing several Index Tracking ETFs recently mentioned in a post by nancy6075. Objectives of several ETFs as follows: DIA, SPY, QQQQ track the Dow 30, S&P 500, Nasdaq 100; DDM, SSO, QLD to perform double these indices; DOG, SH, PSQ to perform inverse; DXD, QID, SDS to perform double inverse. MVV to perform double the S&P Midcap 400, MYY inverse, MZZ double inverse.

   Index Tracking ETFs, ProShares
AMEX has added new exchange traded funds (ETFs) designed for investors to get short or have magnified exposure to an index. Each fund has a daily objective to have an inverse result of an index (such as the Dow 30, Nasdaq 100, S&P 500), or to have a magnified result of an index.
